Frozen homemade potato gnocchi

ヴェネト州伝統の手打ちジャガイモのニョッキはジャガイモ、小麦粉、卵、塩だけで作りました。
軽く茹でた状態を冷凍してパック詰めしました。
Gnocchi have a long tradition in Veneto and since the old days, every family in the region knows how to make them, so much so that at least once a month there is a gnocchi day in every family and is almost always on Sunday.
To make it easy for our customers, as soon as we made them, we pre cook them, so they will preserve all qualities and consistency plus it will be much easy for you to prepare them.

HOW TO PREPARE・作り方（仮茹）
１) 鍋に水1リットルと塩8gを入れ沸騰させ、凍ったままのニョッキを袋から出して茹でて下さい（３〜４分程）。

) 濾し器で水を切り、お好みのソースで召し上がり下さい。
1) Place 1 liter of water and 8 grams of salt in a pot, bring to boil. Open the bag of frozen gnocchi and gently boil for 3~4 minutes.
2) Drain the water through a strainer, add your preferred sauce and BUON APPETITO.
