"Gargati" are a traditional short pasta from Veneto region common in the Padova and Vicenza area. This macaroni type short pasta has a chewy texture and rich flavor. We only use fresh everyday ingredients: fresh eggs, local flour and salt.
For this set we pre-cook this pasta to let you save time but still keeping its chewy characteristics.
Gelida’s Stefano tomato sauce is enriched with the addition of gently braised celery, carrots, onion and garlic where the tomato and lots of fresh basil are cooked.
Boiling time: 2 min (8g of salt for 1L of water)
This set contains: 100g of pasta, 130g of tomato sauce and 10g of grated grana cheese.
