Homemade potato gnocchi
& Italian cheeses sauce set
Gnocchi have a long tradition in Veneto and since the old days, every family in the region knows how to make them, so much so that at least once a month there is a gnocchi day in every family and is almost always on Sunday.
To make it easy for our customers, as soon as we made them, we pre cook them, so they will preserve all qualities and consistency plus it will be much easy for you to prepare them.
The sauce is an exquisite blend of 3 Italian classic cheeses, Asiago cheese (a Veneto's specialty), Gorgonzola cheese (from Piemonte) and Grana Padano (from Emilia Romagna) tight with delicious cream for a deep creamy texture and delicious sent.
Boiling time: 2 min (8g of salt for 1L of water)
