Beef cheek stewed in red wine is a classic Italian dish.
The meat that has been marinated overnight in a bath composed of a premium red wine (rich dry red wine made from the partially dried grapes) from Verona area in Veneto, together with plenty of vegetables and herbs.
The next day it's then braised for many hours so that the meat is almost melting and the sauce is then passed and together with the beef chick meat packed, frozen and ready to reach your table.
Stefano's mashed potato is creamed with plenty of organic grass fed butter to ensure a fresh cream like sent and a smooth and velvet texture that will enchant your palate.
