CRAB, TOMATO & CREAM SAUCE (Frozen)
Stefano's frozen crab sauce is made by gently braising garlic with extra virgin olive oil and organic butter, adding the crab to the umami and adding brandy.
Next, add tomatoes, mascarpone cheese and fresh cream, and simmer for 3 hours.
Finally, loosen the crab and finish!
Raw pasta is recommended!

Finally, the crab meat is removed from the shells and it's done!
Use it with your favorite pasta.
