homemade tomato and basil sauce set
自家製ニョッキ：
ヴェネト州伝統のジャガイモのニョッキ。ジャガイモ、小麦粉、卵、塩だけで作りました。軽く茹でた状態を冷凍してパック詰めしました。

ソース：トマトソース（バジル風味）
野菜たっぷりのステファノ特製トマトソース。爽やかなバジルの香りがアクセント。

Gnocchi have a long tradition in Veneto and since the old days, every family in the region knows how to make them, so much so that at least once a month there is a gnocchi day in every family and is almost always on Sunday.
To make it easy for our customers, as soon as we made them, we pre cook them, so they will preserve all qualities and consistency plus it will be much easy for you to prepare them.
Stefano tomato sauce is enriched with the addition of gently braised celery, carrots, onion and garlic where the tomato and lots of fresh basil are cooked.

HOW TO PREPARE・作り方
１) 鍋に水1リットルと塩8gを入れ沸騰させ、凍ったままのニョッキを袋から出して茹でて下さい（3~4分程）。
２ ) ソースを電子レンジで解凍又は湯煎で温めて下さい。
３ ) 濾し器で水を切り、ソースをあえてお召し上がりください。
1) Place 1 liter of water and 8 grams of salt in a pot, bring to boil. Open the bag of frozen gargati and boil for 1 minute.
2) Warm up the sauce either in microwave or in a hot bath (the hot water used to boil the gnocchi).
2) Drain the water through a strainer, add your preferred sauce and BUON APPETITO.
調理時間：５分 茹でる時間： ３〜４分（茹で塩：8g/1L）
